Co-Invest for Chrome

Co-Invest for Chrome adds a live Long/Short trade card to tickers on X, Reddit, CNBC, Bloomberg, and MetaTrader, and a Trade button to TradingView charts, so you can trade on Liquid in place.

Co-Invest for Chrome is a free browser extension that turns the pages where trading ideas start into places you can act on them. It reads the page you're on, works out which markets it's about, and injects a Trade $TICKER chip right below the text, with a live price, the 24-hour change, and a sparkline. Tap it, pick Long or Short, confirm, and the order goes live on Liquid without ever leaving the tab.

Install Co-Invest for Chrome from the Chrome Web Store

Where the Chips Appear

  • X (Twitter). Chips appear below post text in the timeline, on individual posts, and in quote tweets. Cashtags like $NVDA get a full live market card.

  • Reddit. A market card lands under the post, drawn from its title and body. It works the same in r/wallstreetbets as in any other subreddit.

  • CNBC and Bloomberg. Co-Invest follows the publisher's own quote links in article prose, the related-quotes strip, and market cards.

  • TradingView. A Trade button joins the chart toolbar, next to Replay, and opens a floating card for whatever symbol you're charting. Switch symbols and the card follows. See Can I Trade on Liquid with TradingView? below.

  • MetaTrader Web. A draggable Co-Invest overlay stands in for the native Market Execution panel.

A post never gets more than three chips, and the chip matches each site's light or dark theme.

How It Knows What the Page Is About

Co-Invest recognizes tickers and cashtags like $BTC or "bitcoin" on sight. It also understands plainer references, like a post naming a chief executive rather than the company, or a thread about tariffs that is really about oil.

From Chip to Position

  1. Tap the chip. A compact trade card opens in place, showing the market, live price, your size, and your multiplier. It is isolated from the page, so the site you're on cannot change how it looks or see what's in it.

  2. Pick a side. Long or Short. Choosing a side sends nothing; it arms the card. This two-step design means a stray tap on a scrolling timeline can never open a position.

  3. Confirm. The order is sent to Liquid as a market order. Everything is checked once more: that you picked a side, your size clears the $10 minimum, and your multiplier is within the market's maximum. If you already hold that market, the position's existing multiplier is used.

  4. Manage it anywhere. The fill lands in the same account as everything else. Close it from the extension's side panel, the Liquid web app, or your phone.

If you're not signed in, the chip becomes a Connect to trade prompt. Signing in is a one-time OAuth flow with no keys or passwords to paste into the extension.

Can I Trade on Liquid with TradingView?

Yes. With Co-Invest for Chrome installed and connected, charts on tradingview.com get a Trade button in the top toolbar, right next to Replay. It trades the symbol you're charting on your Liquid account, without leaving TradingView and without connecting a broker in TradingView's Trading Panel.

  1. Install and connect. Add the extension from the Chrome Web Store in desktop Chrome, open the Co-Invest side panel, and sign in to Liquid.

  2. Open a chart. Load a chart at tradingview.com. The Trade button appears next to Replay.

  3. Press Trade. A trade card floats over the chart with the market, live price, and 24-hour change. Drag it anywhere; it remembers where you left it.

  4. Set up the order. Pick Long or Short, type a size or tap $15, $50, $100, or Max, set your multiplier, and optionally add a take profit and stop loss.

  5. Confirm. Press Confirm Long or Confirm Short to place a market order on Liquid. Nothing is sent before that.

The card follows the chart: switch symbols and it reloads for the new market. If the charted symbol isn't listed on Liquid, the button greys out and its tooltip says so. Co-Invest translates TradingView's symbol spellings to Liquid markets:

Is It Safe to Let an Extension Trade?

  • The page cannot trade for you. Orders only go through when you tap the extension's own buttons. A website you're visiting cannot place a trade on your behalf.

  • The page cannot read your account. The site you're on cannot see your Liquid session or look inside the trade card.

  • Every order is re-validated for side, minimum size, size ceiling, and multiplier before it's sent.

Co-Invest for Chrome is free. You pay standard Liquid trading fees.
