If you’re experiencing issues with inviting friends, claiming rewards, or any other referral tasks, we’re here to resolve them for you.

Tap the home icon on the left of the bottom navigation bar.

At the top right of the hope screen, press “Text Us!”

Your messaging app will open with our support number auto-filled in the text recipient field. Text us: “I’m having problems with my referrals.” Our team will respond ASAP.
